Base on the mechanism of this processing, we produce many kinds of products which create an emulsion of oil/chitosan and other polysaccharides to other purposes. we have developed many new material and new products base on the principle of this invention. Nanocurcumin is one of new material which was made from this invention. Curcumin is a main compound to make yellow color and it is a major isolated polyphenol from the rhizome of turmeric (Curcuma longa). It has a wide range of pharmacological effects such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antitumor, and hepatoprotective activities. But curcumin is poor dissolve in water so it is limited in use. By the way from invention, we increase dissolve ability of curcumin in water to make new material which can increase the properties of curcumin. Our nanocurcumin has been used for many purpose such as suplement or cosmetic as well. Bio nanocurcumin is used alone or combine with other ingredient to other purpose. We produced Bio-nano curcumin which already got the certificated issued by agency of food safety ministry of Health as a finish products and have been supplied this materials for other pharmacy company.
